Premier Series Pump

Variable Flow, High-Pressure and High-Speed, For Open Circuits SAE, ISO, DIN), Continuous Pressure Rating up to 6,000 PSI, Intermittent Pressure Rating up to 7,250 PSI, Five Frame Sizes (80 cc – 260 cc), Maximum Speed of 2,550 RPM.

The Premier Series features superior design and simplified maintenance; the Premier Series delivers high-pressure variable piston pumps that improve performance. Low inlet velocity capability allows the pump to run faster than competitive models without the added expense of boosting the inlet, while enhanced piston design reduces the amount of trapped fluid volume to improve efficiency. Premier Series pumps are designed to operate in any position as extreme pressure.

Five frame sizes available; 80 cc, 110 cc, 140 cc, 200 cc, and 260 cc. Highest pressure rating on the market (for comparable pumps), with a high-pressure shaft seal that enables higher case pressure without external leakage.

The Premier Series pumps have been designed to operate in a wide range of industries where variable flow, high pressure and/or high speeds are required; such as presses, construction machinery, injection molding, wood, aircraft, drilling, mining, steel, and cranes.

The Premier Series is classified as a legacy product, which is defined as:

  • The product is at the end of its life cycle
  • No new product/options development or special part numbers designed/set-up
  • Expect volumes to decline and price adjustments made accordingly

What changes can be expected…

  • Lead time will be extending over time.
  • Rationalization of low volume / long lead time options. this will be communicated as a review is conducted which determines if the items no longer offered.
  • Cross-over tool is being generated and will be available in December 2018 to assist with Premier to PV+ transition (next best alternatives).
