Parker Hannifin Announces Parker/Denison Premier Pump Remains Legacy Status
The Parker Premier Series is classified as a legacy product, which is defined as:
- The product is at the end of its life cycle
- No new product/options development or special part numbers designed/set-up
- Expect volumes to decline and price adjustments made accordingly
What changes can be expected…
- Lead time will be extending over time.
- Rationalization of low volume / long lead time options. this will be communicated as Parker conducts the review and determines items no longer offered.
- Cross-over tool is being generated and will be available in December 2018 to assist with Premier to PV+ transition (next best alternatives).
