High-Dump Sewer Cleaner

This high-dump truck is used to raise the storage vessel to empty into a roll off dumpster. The original version of this machine was cumbersome, and required a skilled operator to correctly sequence the manual controls. The operator was forced to walk around the truck to ensure proper orientation before the next lifting stage or risk significant damage to the machine.

GS Global Resources (GSGR) overcame these challenges by integrating a total machine control system that automatically coordinates the movements of the storage vessel. A complete high-dump can be performed with the use of one joystick at the control panel. Sensors are used to monitor the storage vessel location at all times allowing for damage-free dumping and stowage. This results in increased reliability of the machine and greatly reduced the time required to perform a high-dump. The electro-hydraulic proportional valves reduce shock and increase mechanical life.
