BDS3_web_rgbSchroeder Bulk Diesel Fuel Filter Skid | BDS3 for flow rates up to 210 gpm.

The In-line Bulk Diesel Skid BDS family, consisting of the BDS (up to 70 gpm) and BDS2 (up to 140 gpm), has been expanded with theBDS3 (up to 210 gpm). The BDS3 incorporates one particulate filter and three coalescing filters for high efficient single-pass particulate and water removal. The BDS3, like the other two units, is available with optional Water Sump Heater and Automatic Water Drain with 5 or 20 gallon remote sump.

  • New fuel/water separation media technology in a three-phase element construction for high efficiency, single-pass removal of free-water in Ultra-low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) and biodiesel fuels
  • Prior generation coalescing products no longer provide high-efficiency separation in ULSD and biofuels

ICFGen2Schroeder Economy Element for In-Line Coalescing Filter | ICF | C184Z7VE

A new low cost coalescing element for the In-line Coalescing Filter ICF is now available. The design of the element has been optimized for a low cost water removal solution with higher dirt holding capacity, which makes it ideal for in-line, single pass applications where space is restricted (e.g. on fuel dispensers) and a particulate and coalescing filter combination would be too big.

The Bulk Diesel Coalescing Cart BDC is a highly effective method for gross removal of microbial bloom contamination, rust, sludge and water from bulk diesel fuel. It applies a three-stage filtration that includes a bag filter, particulate and coalescing filter. The standard BDC is a 25 gpm cart with available Water Sump Heater and Automatic Water Drain with 5 gallon remote sump on the cart.
The BDC is now available with an optional 70 gpm flow rate as well. With this new addition, we have now a choice of 25 gpm or 70 gpm units to fit a wide range of bulk diesel tank sizes.

GHHF_side_web_rgbTop-Ported Medium Pressure Filter | GHHF 100 gpm, 725 psi

The aluminum-bodied GHHF has all the features of Schroeder’s smaller GH filter, in a higher-flow size. It replaces conventional spin-on elements with quality cartridge filtration, including a proprietary seal design that indicates an element is not present, replicating that functionality of traditional spin-on filters. Ideal for charging large hydrostatic transmission circuits as well as surge locations in open circuits where traditional spin-on filters fail, the GHHF is designed to match traditional spin-on assembly porting and mounting patterns.

The GHHF has a max flow rating of 100 gpm and a max operating pressure of 725 psi, with both visual and electrical indicator options.
